Sleep disorders including narcolepsy and OSA are treated with it. Evidence suggests Modalert 200 mg improves cognitive function, notably attention, executive function, and working memory. Some research suggest it might help sleep-deprived people concentrate and perform better on cognitive activities. However, its advantages in healthy people and for cognitive improvement outside of sleep problems are still contested.
